Payment

While I do not take insurance directly, your health insurance contract may have “Out of Network” benefits.  The Out of Network benefit allows you to receive reimbursement for the cost of treatment from 30-100%.  If you'd like to use your insurance this way, my office will take care of all the paperwork for you.  Ask about this service when you call.

 

Fees range from $150.00 to $200.00 an hour (50-60 minutes) depending

on the service provided. Sessions are typically 50 minutes. There is no

sliding scale. In some circumstances, we may negotiate a payment

installment plan. Payments are due at the time of your appointment.

Payment options are cash, paper check, e-check, MasterCard, Visa,

or Discover.

If it is not possible to pay for services at the time of your appointment,

please discuss the situation with me prior to the appointment.
