I HATE THE NIGHT TIME WHEN THE WORLD SLEEPS I GET DESPARATE AND LOST… IM IN A ROOM OF A THOUSAND PEOPLE YET I AM STILL ALONE… MY WIFE SLEEPS ONLY FEET AWAY YET THERE IS STILL THAT DESPATE OVERWHELMING FEELING…WHEN THE SUN COMES UP IT FADES BUT AS THE SUN GOES DOWN IT CONSUMES ME
Dear Gary, The night can be a very bad time for us because there are fewer if any distractions from our negative thoughts, feelings, anxieties and agitation. On the other hand, there are physical conditions that can present with these symptoms and you want to be sure to have those ruled-out before, or at least as, you seek the help of a psychotherapist. If you are still having this terrible distress please call your primary care physician and talk frankly to him/her about your discomfort. If you are looking for a therapist to help you out please do not hesitate to give us a call or email. We offer a free 30 minute consultation.
