Mama’s Rising
When you have a baby, whether your first or your fourth, life shifts in a lot of ways. It can feel overwhelming, or a little lonely. That’s totally normal. During this time of change and transition, we can all use support from others who understand. In this six week group, mothers of new babies will come together in a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental environment where we will discuss our challenges, celebrate our successes, and learn new skills to more effectively cope with life as a mom and all that it entails. Pre-crawling babies are welcome! Ask about video conferencing!
