Last Sunday the Explore What’s Next team went to our first big event as a sponsor/vendor. It was amazing! Describing exactly how HEALBflo was amazing, the happy energy, the creative artists, the clever entrepreneurs, the open-hearted participants, is SO HARD! So I asked the intrepid EWN team to help me out!

Nikki: “I liked the exposure to different local vendors and the beautiful hotel setting.” Nikki’s right the Hotel Henry, a rehabbed former psychiatric center, was a fascinating place to hold a wellness fair. The management was so organized which kept like a million moving parts working in harmony. In addition to the popular yoga classes lead by nationally known yogis, Cheryl and Jocelyn, the owners of HEALBflo, were wise to put a full cash bar on each floor! It was fun to see happy people in yoga gear walk around, browsing the art, jewelry and service vendors with mimosas in hand!

Colleen: “My favorite thing about HEAL was interacting with participants, vendors and the EWN family. It was exciting to have the opportunity to share what Explore What’s Next offers in our practice with many people who had not heard of us before. I walked away with an initial consultation scheduled, and a bag full of fun stuff, like a Peaceful Warrior sweatshirt from Hikyoga.”

Emily: “My favorite part of HEALBflo was meeting so many other great vendors. I was excited to be next to East Meets West Yoga and to reconnect with Leigh, one of their lovely instructors, whose class I had recently enjoyed. Attending HEAL Buffalo reminded me of all the different ways our clients have to care for the whole self: mind, body, and spirit.”

Christine: “The people promoting their unique services at HEALBflo were diverse, friendly, and willing to answer questions. Megan from Raw Renewal Yoga offered me two free classes to her new studio! I’m excited to bring a friend and try out a class soon!”

Amy: “Discovering new businesses and conversations with people.”
We all agree with Amy. One of our favorite things was meeting so many new, like-minded people, especially women, of all ages.
We can’t wait for next year!
