Take a tour of Explore What’s Next: The Studio! Still rough but taking shape!
The Studio has been Dr. Aletta’s dream for many years. It was developed to put into practice our belief that good mental health and psychotherapy is enhanced with nurturing, evidence-based self-care. The Studio will be a place to learn and experience mindfulness stress reduction, meditation, massage therapy, movement such as yoga, strength training, healthy nutrition, sleep hygiene, and more. To see The Studio take shape before our eyes is beyond exciting!
When the construction is done, our Amherst offices will be doubled! At the core of Explore What’s Next is always good psychotherapy and assessment services for children, teens and adults, individuals, couples and families provided by professionals who are qualified, kind and easy to talk to.
Even more excitement! Lisa Graziano, RN and Dr. Tacianna Indovina have joined EWN! More to come about these awesome psychotherapists, their special work and what they can offer you.
And we continue to offer our popular groups, such as Nikki Brown’s Maternal Wellness group, Mama’s Rising, Christine Frank’s DBT Skills groups and Kate Maleski’s group for adolescent girls, Girls Take Charge! We are a supportive space for the LGBTQ+ community, through LGBTQ+Empowered, anyone recovering from trauma, through trauma-informed care, and people living with the challenge of health issues such as chronic illness.
Stay tuned as EWN grows and The Studio develops! If you have any questions about how we may be able to help you, do not hesitate to Contact Us!

Very exciting!
Thanks, Tracy! I look forward to lots of wonderful synergy with Narins Eating Disorder Center and The Studio.
What a great addition to your clinical service. We think the holistic approach is the way to go. Very exciting!
It IS exciting! Practicing overall health and well-being holistically is the lifestyle many of us know is best but find practicing a bit of a challenge. We hope to make it easier for everyone, especially those with chronic stress, illness, past trauma or any other condition that leaves them feeling vulnerable.
Congrats! Best of luck with the new expansion!
Thank you so much, David. We are all very excited about The Studio and the new services we will be able to provide to our community. We’ll be open for business sometime in October, TBA, and we’ll have a Grand Opening Celebration in the Spring. Can’t for you and Susan to see it!
